Generator Design to gift local non-profit with free services
Windsor graphic design and advertising agency, Generator Design recently announced details of Generator Cares — an exciting community outreach initiative that awards integrated and comprehensive marketing, design and social media services to a local non-profit.
"Windsor-Essex
has supported our business for 20+ years and this is a great opportunity for us
to demonstrate our deep commitment to our community and to make a material
difference to a local non-profit," said Alan Crouse. "We want to
enhance the organization's professional image, magnify their voice within the
community, and significantly raise their profile."
"We're donating our time, energy, talents
and resources to lend a hand to one of Windsor-Essex's many deserving
non-profits," said co-partner Jose Guzman. "We're seeking to make a
valuable contribution that will help an area agency effectively deliver their
brand message to donors, stakeholders and the community at large".
The successful applicant will receive custom
marketing and design solutions that will integrate well with their business
practice. Donated services include:
- Detailed marketing strategy consultation and evaluation
- $2,500 of design services for marketing promotion e.g. logo, stationery, web
- Social media evaluation and 3 months of Social Media Management.
- $500 to be used for the printing of material

The Safety Village March 28, 2015 Easter Celebration
On Saturday March 28th from
10 am to 1 pm, children are invited to The Safety Village where they can get
their picture taken with Easter Bunny, enjoy fun filled activities and an
Easter Egg Hunt. In addition, children can take a jeep ride through the
Village, warm up with a mug of hot chocolate thanks to Tim Hortons, or get
crafty in our Easter workshop.
Throughout the event, everyone is
invited to learn a few seasonal safety tips from some of our community safety
partners, visit with Elmer the Safety Elephant and Sparky the Fire Dog, and
take a tour of a police car and fire truck.
Admission donation of only $5
per child requested, no charge for adults or children 2 and under. All proceeds
will go towards The Safety Village in support of our ongoing safety programs.
