The Children’s Arts Festival: Choose Your
Own Adventure takes place Sunday, October 25th from 11AM to 5PM at
the Bloomin' Gardener, 6673 8th Concession in Old Castle.
Children and youth of all ages will explore and experience the arts in this
unique garden and holiday harvest setting. The festival is an indoor event, and
the Bloomin’ Gardener will also have plenty for the parents to see and enjoy.
There are no worries about inclement weather!
“All of us need the arts,” says Pam Goldstein,
chairman of the event. “Especially children. In this world of so much darkness
and fear, children need the joy of creativity. With the Arts they get to express
themselves. They learn to invent, experiment and make mistakes. The arts allows
them to grow, take risks and have fun.”
